Victor and I met on-line, me a Realtor in Ohio and Victor in Maine. We collaborated to sell my sisters house in Wells after her death. Victor took charge as was needed and handled everything from staging, pictures, listing and advertising. Because of his dedication and diligence the house was shown and offers received all within the same week. After the sale, Victor remained engaged and helped with the removal of furniture and cleaning and helped to get the buyers to close a week earlier than contracted. It truly was a pleasure working with Victor, he taught me a thing or two about marketing that I didn't know and he works harder than any Realtor that I know, including me.

Our family recently worked with Victor Chau to buy a home in Pownal, Maine. Victor was awesome!!! Because we are moving from out of state, it meant we needed to see tons of houses at a time. Victor Chau made us feel like we were his only client and accommodated our schedule every time. He devised a system for us to remember the specifics of each of the homes we saw, and he created packets for each home so that when we asked "I wonder where the property line is?" the answer was already in our packet! This was so helpful particularly since we had limited time to decide on each home. Victor Chau was also so great with our five year old, who still asks when the next time we'll see Victor is! After seeing tons of homes, we ended up purchasing in Pownal and Victor Chau was equally as excited for us as we were for ourselves! He has been so helpful in terms of relocating to the area as well.
